IDEAS WITH AMETLLA+:
- Sauce: Dissolve one tablespoon of Ametlla + 1_ in a bowl with two tablespoons of hot water and emulsify with olive oil. Add to any kind of meat, tomato sauce.
- As a base or substitute for the sauce (for 4 people): sauté the meat and two glasses of water. Add two tablespoons of Ametlla + 1_ and reduce the sauce. For meat casseroles.
- Fry the rice with two tablespoons of Ametlla + 1_ and one tablespoon of oil and add seasonal vegetables (artichokes, leeks, spinach…). Finally, add the chicken or vegetable stock or water and leave the rice to boil (2 tablespoons of stock for 1 of rice). In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle with one tablespoon of Ametlla + 2_.
- Directly into the stock from pulses or vegetable soups (one dessert spoonful of Ametlla + 1_ for 4 people)
